About This Project

I used to work at Miracle Camp and Retreat Center, but then it used to just be called “Miracle Camp”. We wanted to rebrand from only a summer camp for kids to a year round “camp and retreat center” (hence the name). The difficulty was that we weren’t on page 1 for most of the searches that we wanted to rank highly on. We redesigned the website using large images, created 360 degree virtual tours to allow people to experience the facilities for themselves, posted lots of videos, and created pages for all the events throughout the year. It was a long project, but we were able to rank as #1 or #2 for most of the key phrases we were interested in such as “winter youth retreats in Michigan”, “family camps in Michigan”, and “Christian summer camp in Michigan” among others.
